Common Sense REBORN Daily Devotion

December 6

13And they reported to the angel of the Lord who was standing among the myrtle trees, “We have gone throughout the earth and found the whole world at rest and in peace.”  (Zechariah 1:13)

Happy Monday friends!  This verse above is a hopeful reminder that maybe one day, the world will be at rest and at peace.  But I fear that day will not come until Jesus returns to earth.  The world is once again on the verge of catastrophic war.  Russia is mounting enormous amounts of soldiers and equipment along Ukraine’s border.  If this is anything other than a bluff, the results will be devastating.  If you have not been following what is happening on the other side of the world, you need to.  Of all the emerging conflicts, if the Russia-Ukraine crisis turns into an invasion of Ukraine’s sovereign soil, NATO will respond, which would draw the US right back into war, and this time with a peer-to-peer adversary.

It is a shame that the world is not at peace and at rest.  We have had over 2,000 years to learn and grow from the truth that Jesus brought us.  If only the world had a common sense guide to helping people learn the truth contained within the Holy Bible…

Well, today, I am pleased to announce that Common Sense REBORN Daily Devotional is available for sale.  CSRDD for 2022 is a combination of the devotions of 2020, and those published on here this year.  The work-outs stay the same and have been realigned for the New Year.  Know someone who could benefit from having an instructional guide to read the entire Bible in one year?  Then once again, this is the Devotion for you!  Click, order and share the link below:

I had Maverick City Music’s holiday album, “A Very Maverick Christmas,” on repeat all weekend. It is a wonderful worship album paying beautiful tribute to the glorious miracle of the birth of Jesus. This song below is the first music video released from the recording of the album. Click and enjoy.
