Blessed Sunday Morning friends! I share with you my favorite release from this week from one of my favorite Christian artists.

3At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures… 8This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. (Titus 3:3-8)
This paragraph from yesterday’s reading hopefully jumped out at you. It did for me because it is the story of my life. At one time (most of my 20s) I was foolish, disobedient, enslaved to all kinds of passions and pleasures, living in malice and envy of pretty much everyone around me who had more than I did. Then, only by the grace of God was I set free. So I can attest to this saying above. It is trustworthy. Just like the Apostle Paul, I stress these things to you as well. Trust in God. Devote yourself to doing what is good. And you too shall see how excellent and profitable living such a life is for you and all those around you.
Reading plan: Titus 3:9-15
Deeper reading plan: Ezekiel 11, 12
Prayer and meditation: Pray for our country. Pray for love to conquer all. Pray for God’s wings of protection to cover all the children returning to school. Pray that Christ infects our hearts and ignites a final fire of revival to sweep this land.
Fitness challenge: Rest
Worship: Spend today in prayer and worship. Get to church or get to a computer and watch church. America needs a revival like never before.
