5May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, 6so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 15:5-6)
This is my prayer for all of you reading this. That God gives you the endurance and encouragement to wake up everyday and face the world with the love of Jesus Christ. It is not easy. It takes daily prayer, speaking to God, spending time in the Word, because the world does not want you to succeed. The devil has this world and he does everything to derail you from loving others and loving this planet like Jesus commanded. But do not conform to the world, face every day with the determination to love on those around you. To treat them with respect, kindness, and compassion. To help those you can and prayer for those you cannot. We need to work on being one unified voice and one unified mind as the body of Christ. No more division, only unity. 2020 has been divisive enough. Let’s come together under the goals of growing the church and painting an accurate picture of God’s love and Jesus’ eternal grace.
