Woe to Worship
4Jesus told them, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, 5for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah.’ They will deceive many. 6And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately. 7Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. 8But all this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come.” (Matthew 24:4-8)
I started this post the weekend after trump launched the United States into a foolish war with Iran. I started that post by sharing his previous statements that he made mocking then-President Obama, but by now, I am sure you have seen that video yourself. I was also going to write about how this war was a distraction to keep the pressure off trump and netanyahu from possible criminal investigations. For trump, the Iran War is a distraction from the truths being revealed during Operation Epstein Fury. I find it more than just a coincidence that trump began this ultimate distraction just over a week after news broke that New Mexico was reopening a criminal inquiry into possible victims being buried at epstein’s “Zorro Ranch“. For netanyahu, the war offers another delay in his ongoing corruption trials, with trump even pressing the Israeli president to pardon the PM so Big Ben can focus on the conflict with Iran. Since the missiles initially struck on February 28, the rift emerging in the maga world is growing greater. trump has already lost one of his top counterterrorism advisors, who heroically, and very publicly, blasted the truth about the conflict by posting his resignation letter on social media, where Joe Kent wrote:
It is very clear that trump is looking to seize the global oil market. He kidnapped Venezuela’s president, declared their oil under America’s control, and now is focused on doing the same with Iran’s oil reserves. This administration is putting American lives in danger, already costing thirteen families their sons and daughters, and killing hundreds of innocent citizens, all for the pursuit of control over the world’s petroleum exports. Instead of moving America toward being independent of oil by working aggressively toward renewable, green energy, trump is setting the world on fire and pushing America back to their conquering, colonizing era. I am not sure if this is what you wanted when you voted for trump to make America great again, because I look around every day and have yet to see a single sign of this country being a better place since he returned to office. I take comfort in knowing that trump only has 28 months left in power (Reference Revelation 13:3-5 for the math behind this statement).
Woe to you who still support this evil administration. There is still time for you to remove the mark of the beast (those stupid “maga” hats), denounce the errors of Christian Nationalism, and return to following Jesus Christ and not a political idol. You still have the opportunity to walk away from the misled goats and return to the Shepherd’s flock. Get off the wide path to death and destruction and turn toward the narrow road. The gate is slowly beginning to swing shut.
I am, quite honestly, exhausted from the hypocrisy I am seeing from so-called “Christians” in America. I am done writing about it. I have much more important work to do in my personal life. It took me a month to sit down and find time to put a post together. I really wish I could return to just focusing on scripture and the love of Jesus, but I follow the example of Jesus and the great prophets of Israel in pointing out the evils of God’s “Chosen” people. The greatest miscalculation of this time is not realizing the blasphemy blatantly happening before us: when those who claim to follow Christ, invoke His name, and then treat those made in the image of God as inferior and disposable, which is happening every single day in this country.
I will close with this post below from my favorite Reverend, who has consistently spoke truth to power. Holy week begins in nine days. I pray you all spend these next two-weeks leading up to Good Friday in earnest prayer and reflection over the state of the world. Easter is always a time to crucify the things in your life that need to die and resurrect yourself into a new life in Christ. Break free from living in “woe” (spiritual hypocrisy) and return to a life of surrender and worship of the one true King.
