Good morning fam! I love this verse above, coming from the morning after Jacob awoke from his dream of a stairway (ladder in some translations) to heaven. When is the world going to wake up from its sleep and realize that the Lord is in this place? I am quickly coming to the realization that God is all around us, despite all the darkness in the world. There is still light shining through that darkness. We are trying to keep our light bright on the top of the hill, as the House of Z hosted the second straight Men’s Worship Wednesday Bible Study. Last night we welcomed in another Dad from the Culdesac and did our first dive into a week of reading the Holy Bible. I am really gleaning a new harvest of knowledge from the research provided in my Life Application Study Bible. I recommend everyone pick this Bible up.

Hi Jason, Just to let you know I am still reading your “common Sense Reborn Devotion” on the internet. I really enjoy them. I have also been listening to Pastor Steven Furtick also. I try everyday to study the Bible. I also found another really great Pastor in Ontario, Oregon who teaches straight from the bible and he has every book of the Bible online. Its an easy way for people to really understand what they are reading in the Bible. I just know how hard it is for people who want to just pick up the bible and read it. I would say for most people having someone help you understand what it is saying really helps. His name is Pastor Paul LeBoutillier at Calvary Chapel. Didn’t know if you had heard of him. Anyway thanks again for the 2022 devotion Book which really helped me to continue with reading the Bible. I hope all is good with your family. Dot

It means the world to me that you are continuing your study of the Word of God and keeping your heart open to different Pastors and teachers. I have not heard of Pastor LeBoutillier, but I will be looking him up and most likely sharing his good work here on CSR! Keep my parents in your prayers. They would love company whenever you have free time. We just got back from spending the weekend with them. I pray your family is doing wonderfully.
